Tzatzi, a Mediterranean restaurant in Strasbourg
This Mediterranean restaurant with a sunny and flowery design, open since June 2018, will tremendously delight you. It is located at the intersection of rue Sainte-Barbe and rue Demie-Lune, in the hype quarter of Strasbourg. This is the new must-have, must-be address where it is good to spend some time among your friends to savor dishes that smell like summer, thanks to a kitchen style mixing classic and contemporary influences.
From Lebanon to Greece
The menu offers a variety of dishes ranging from Lebanon to Greece via Turkey. Tasty meals you can savor on the terrace to enjoy last sun rays and remember the holidays, either inside the restaurant, in a cozy tropical interior imagined by the designer Claude Drach.
Do not wait any longer to discover culinary delights inspired by the Orient, such as crispy falafels, mezze, beautifully decorated pide, different types of hummus, and of course the famous tzatziki which is light and creamy at the same time. The menu offers 80% vegetarian dishes such as borek, a spinach and cheese pie. The impressive old oven is the magical place where the pide, the oblong Turkish pain are decorated with grilled eggplant or confit lamb. Affordable prices allow you to taste different flavors like a globe-trotter, and to share your meal with your neighbor. Forget cutlery, the Turkish bread has to be used as a fork to enjoy the aerial hummus.
If you’re thirsty, you will find a wide range of delicious drinks, soft ones colored with sunshine; alcoholic beverages infused with coriander (drunken cucumber), or the Greek guest star alcohol the ouzo (fly apple).
Geteatout recommends the Mediterranean Lady cocktail, a light drink with a good tangerine taste, as colorful as the yellow chairs in the dining room.
Icing on the cake, happy hour will soon be set up ! Summer atmosphere guaranteed!
