In the middle of Krutenau, where the nights keep their promises, the BLUE MOON has decided to open its doors on February 2, 2018. More than a lounge bar, this unusual place promises a unique experience, in a cozy atmosphere, a menu with attractive prices and lots of sport events to watch.

A mysterious place

BLUE MOON is not your average everyday bar! A mysterious name which surfaces a lot of memories for those who loved the Thai “FULL MOON PARTY”, or for the more superstitious, the cosmic and rare phenomenon of the “blue” moon, and finally to movie lovers, the BLUE VELVET by Davis Lynch, a movie with a mythical and mystical aura. No matter what BLUE MOON means to you, come and let yourself seduce by its blue and white outside and glide into a chic and warm well-worked industrial atmosphere. Ideally located in a triangle of the most famous night clubs in the city (Living Room Café and Salamandre), it replaced Rock City.

A friendly setting where you can watch sport events

This new place is divided into two parts and mixes very well two completely different ambiences. On the one hand the BLUE MOON with its armchairs and sofas waiting for you to have a drink in a comfortable and sophisticated setting. On the other hand, in the back, there is a big surprise waiting for the sports fans. A video projector will take you directly to all the sports events of the moment. Everything goes so well with a wide selection of beers, wines and cocktails at very attractive prices. An impressive marble structure connects the two rooms and allows people change places.

A well thought menu

Thanks to 10 years of experience as a bartender, Mickael Garnier, the owner of the club, has put together an original and demanding menu adapted to every budget. You can try 7 different draft beers, but also test one of the 8 original cocktail recipes at 7€ (5€ during happy hour from 5pm to 8pm). If you prefer wine, the menu was especially elaborated by a wine waiter from Buerehiesel restaurant (from 3€ the glass). Choose a plate of cold meat and cheese to have the perfect match. It’s the details that satisfy the greedy!
