Romanian Cooking Club – March 14, 2017
During this evening, 12 participants helped to cook a Romanian menu with the help of Gabriela and Ionelia, two natives, all in the kitchen of a real chef, at Kuirado! At the end, gourmands ate together the results of the cooking club, and had the opportunity to know each other better. The Romanian wine and the tuica (Romanian schnapps) set the tone of the evening. The main idea of the cooking club was centered on cultural exchanges and discoveries, the participants were really able to immerse themselves into a Romanian universe, not so different from the Alsatian one.
