Tea! An endless love story which makes us want to learn more about it! When Les Jardins de Gaia announced the creation of their Tea School in Alsace, we got intrigued!

For tea time adventurers

To learn more about this noble product that transports us to mystical places, classes and workshops will be opened to the general public, on Thursdays and Saturdays from November 25, 2017. From the tea devotees to the just one time sippers … just let your senses travel to the world of tea! And we can’t wait to test it too!

The themes of the courses and workshops

The classes (around 2 hours) have different themes (about tea in all its plant forms, the manufacturing processes of the important tea families, exploring the secrets of an ancestral culture, …) and are completed by tastings. They address both beginners that take their first steps in the world of tea as well as the initiates wishing to solidify their knowledge.

Tea Workshop (about 1 h 30) is the perfect workshop for those wanting to really explore all aspects of traditional tea brewing. You will learn how to observe the leaves, to differentiate the important tea families, how to set apart the flavors, to share.

1 workshop + 1 class (3 hrs) = 45 € / person.
